Cards That Remember and Cards That Travel: Portal-Agnostic Extensions
- Cards Remember Your Filters - Pick a pipeline, board view, or stage filter once and the card remembers it next time you open the record. Per-user, so your teammates can pick their own view without overwriting yours.
- Smart Default: All Pipelines - Generated kanbans and dashboards now show records from ALL pipelines by default, so you never see an empty card just because your custom portal doesn't use the default pipeline. Filter down with the inline picker if you want.
- Reliable Runtime Discovery - Pipeline and stage data is fetched live from your portal on every load, so a card built for one HubSpot account works in any other account without code changes.
- Portal-Agnostic by Default - Generated cards no longer hard-code owner IDs, list IDs, workflow IDs, form GUIDs, or team IDs. The same card now deploys cleanly into any HubSpot portal without surprise empty fields or 'this list does not exist' errors.
- Better Empty States - When a card has nothing to show, it now tells you exactly which record was checked and what was missing, instead of just rendering a blank box.

- Connect Your HubSpot Portal - One-time OAuth connect from Settings lets Harry read and write your live CRM on your behalf. Multi-portal supported, revocable any time.

- Polished Tables by Default - Extension Builder now generates searchable, sortable, paginated tables out of the box, so any data-driven card looks production-ready without extra work
- Validated Forms by Default - Generated forms come with built-in validation (required fields, email patterns, min/max), clean two-column layouts, and submit handling
- Kanban and Stage Boards - Describe a pipeline, board, or stage tracker and you get a real stage-bucketed board with inline stage change controls, instead of a hand-rolled layout
- Smarter Status Tags - Status labels like "Closed Won", "At Risk", "Active", or "Overdue" now auto-pick the right color (green / amber / red) based on meaning, so you're never stuck with a mismatched palette
- Clean Currency and Dates - Money values and dates are formatted consistently in every generated extension ($72,000 not 72000; Apr 15, 2026 not raw ISO strings)
- Preview Crash Protection - Unexpected imports in generated code no longer crash the whole preview panel; you see what did render plus a placeholder for anything unsupported
- Smarter Chat Answers - Harry's knowledge base search now reads each passage with document-level context, finding more relevant material for questions that span multiple sections of a guide
